Macedo Brothers was first established in 1977, in the heart of the city of Toronto offering quality grapes from Canada & California. In 1985 David Macedo opened Macedo Wine Grape Juice Ltd, 30 Ossington Ave. where he also introduced grape juice from California, for winemaking. With continued success he opened another location on 50 Caledonia Park Rd. in 1998. He expanded by offering a ferment on premise facility for his clientele in both locations. In 2008 another location was opened on 1381 Dufferin St., offering not only a state of the art ferment on premise facility but a unique urban winery boutique - Macedo Winery - offering wines from Portugal, Italy, Argentina and Canada.
Macedo U-Vin Ltd is a family owned and operated business. It has been a FERMENT-ON-PREMISE facility for over 15 years and has been serving the community for well over 40 years: selling California Grapes & Grape Juice for wine making; as well as wine making equipment and accessories.

A delicious full throttle wine imbued with jammy dark fruits, dried prunes and aromas of a baked cherry pie are immediately apparent. The palate carries through the ripened red fruits and has a slight spicy, peppery finish. This wine is well balanced and is a definite people pleaser.
